REFUND POLICY

All orders are cut & sewn in house and done in order that they are received. If there is ever a time rush you need for your order please add the rush add on listing to your order and feel free to reach out to me via fb or email me at magicmadecreations@gmail.com.

All customs are sold final, due to the nature of the product.

Turn around time varies per product. Each listing will have specific time lines. TAT only includes business days(m-f). Unless there is ever delay in materials In which case you will be notified immediately. This does not including shipping times.

Due to the nature of the items sold specific to your liking there are no refunds unless there is an error on my end. Exchanges or store credit are available. If there are any issues please shoot me an email within 24 hours of your received package and I will get it fixed right away for you.
